We had a pleasant stay at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood near the center of the city. the spacious room was clean and had a nice view of the courtyard garden. the staff provided good service, and the breakfast had a variety of options. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, as there were nearby shops and attractions.

The lack of privacy in the room due to the frosted window in the bedroom looking into the bathroom.

The setting was within only 1 mile from seven star park. The hotel was right by Guilin train station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had convenient lighting controls. The lobby was big and there was a charming garden in the middle. The staff were helpful, with a bell boy assisting us promptly. The location, although not in the city center, was in a quiet neighborhood. Transportation to most places cost around RMB10.

Best aspects for New Year stay: Gorgeous river views from the well-decorated rooms and hi-speed wifi were amazing. The hotel's key location near the park and shops made it easy to explore. The hotel served delicious food during the evening, even though it wasn't peak season.

Worst aspects for New Year stay: The hotel staff didn't speak much English, making communication difficult. the hotel lacked cleanliness and some areas were not well-maintained.

The lobby of the hotel was impressive and the staff was friendly. the rooms were spacious and well-lit. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was easy and cheap to get to most places we wanted to visit. the hotel had a small garden which was a nice spot to relax and take a breather.

The towels provided seemed a bit old and worn out. the water pressure in the shower was low which made it a little uncomfortable.

The Grand Link Hotel in Guilin exceeded our expectations. The spacious room, thoughtful amenities like the bear on our bed, and the convenient lighting controls made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's grand lobby and beautiful garden added a touch of elegance to the experience. The helpful bell boy and the recent refurbishment made everything feel fresh and new. Despite its slightly non-central location, getting around the city was affordable and easy.

the restaurant offered a fine dining experience with a diverse menu. the bar/lounge area was cozy and charming. the location was convenient, close to many points of interest. the ballroom was elegant and well, equipped, perfect for events.

The check, in/check, out process was slightly slow. the service was friendly and offered us a wide range of activities to enjoy.
